First Central Hotel Suites

Only the metro is near. Otherwise, it is super far from the main places, a usual or an ordinary tourist can go.Только метро, так близко находится, а так, сам отель вообще очень уставший.

First of all, when I arrived at and reached to the receptionist(Justin) wasn't able to pull up my reservation and didn't know what to do, it made me wait until he and his colleague tried to solve THEIR ISSUE.Then, I was told to wait and reach out to them at 1:30 pm, so the room will be ready.Most probably, the receptionist forgot it, because when I came up to them at 1:45 she was worried searching for the room.I waited for another 30 extra minutes.Then she said, they could offer another room with the king bed, I said we reserved a twin bed, because I am travelling with my Mom.So eventually, she said let's we will give the room till 5 pm and then we will move you. In case, if she wasn't by that time on the shift, she would transfer it to another manager, so they could do it. I said okay, meanwhile she said you could go to blue waters and other places. I said okay, four hours what I will be doing, and went.We came back at like 7pm, and reached the receptionist again, he says, we have called you, but you didn't reply. I was like WHAAAT?I was supppper angry, but kept calm, another receptionist took another 30-40 minutes, by trying to solve the problem.Eventually, came their Admin or someone who is higher in rank, and said, we called you, you didn't pick up, so no room.I was like WHAAAT????And he says, it is not your fault, but we are trying to do our best.If it is not my fault, why the faboulous human is trying to hang their mistake on me???? Also, he says, it doesn't matter when you booked, we work with real situations. I was like WHAAAT? I booked, I paid. There are plenty of guests who don't pay, or haven't paid yet. I am your actual customer.I requested my room in anyways, and they didn't give my room. He says, we can add an extra bed to the room that they put us looks like a hen's nest. EXCUSE ME?I said no.He is like, you know extra beds are for extra charge.

the rental car was hit in the hotel while parked at night, but the hotel didn't share the cctv or call the police, and now am being scammed by the rental company "sixt" and booking didn't even bother to check the case or communicate with the rental cover for the claim submitted over 2 weeks now!

Very old furniture, extra bed mattress provided was very hard as if I was sleeping on the floor but they changed. I was unlucky as the water heater started leaking in my last day and by midnight the floor was full.of water .

Loved that it’s close to the metro- we found the metro to be one of the best ways to reach some (not all) of the major attractionsThe breakfasts were wonderful The staff was very friendly and helpful, and especially caring when they heard I was sick and made me wonderful tea with ginger and honey The room was clean We really appreciated the water bottles brought to our rooms each morning The rooftop pool was nice, it’s not big but was nice to sit there and it’s great that we can order food to the roof

Half of us loved the restaurant dinner foods (the vegetarian) but the other half did not really like the lunch and dinner menu Was disappointed with the bath tub, it was hard to plug the tub and there wasn’t really enough hot water to take a bath

Staff, helpful attitude, cleanliness, hotel location, in a pleasant district with shops, amenities, metro station and everything else at a walkable distance.

Room wise - the floor was dirty and sticky after it was mopped. The inter tiles was black with dirt. Very bad smell in the room after mopping. The bed and quilt not so clean. Not comfortable bed.

Property is very well located, walking distance from the metro station. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is superb! The gym is one of the best gym ever found in a hotel. Rooms are a little old but overall very comfortable. Ours had even a kitchenette and a washing machine.Al Barsha heights neighborhood is very nice and full of restaurants and shops all walking distance from the hotel.

The best service, super staff, reception, housekeeping, restaurant, kitchen, everyone is great, very grateful, thank you very much to everyone.

I didn’t like anything.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty, and the fan in the bathroom was not working at all. Because of this, there was a very bad smell throughout the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, I am not happy with my experience, and I strongly advise others not to book this hotel.

Free breakfast was excellent, location is superb with everything to hand, ATM in lobby, underground parking is great. Each room has a kitchenette with Microwave, Hob, sink and new washing machine. Basically everything you could need for a short or even longer stay. Staff are excellent, very attentive and helpful. The Wifi is 5G and super fast, and free. A wonderful stay. Thanks

The studio I stayed in didn't have enough accessible power sockets and the AC controls were on a wall to the side of the fridge freezer - which not only messed up the temperature sensor, but meant I had to move the fridge-freezer from time to time. The shower pressure is better than previous stays, and taps replaced by the looks of it. The floors get quite dirty I think from the AC so need mopping daily, and maybe the AC filters looking at? Maybe contactless phone chargers, USB/Universal power sockets in one or two locations would be nice upgrade?

The property and staff is very good Mr.Ihan Nas who did my checking is very polite and assisted properly.
